Job Title: Junior Sales Personnel

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Personnel to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve team targets
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for sales meetings and customer visits
