Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Resolve technical issues with computers, printers, and other office equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and software
• Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues
• Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and protocols
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Ethiopian IT industry standards and regulations
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA are an advantage
