Job Title: IT Person

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates of our IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technologies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficiency in a range of IT skills, including networking, database management, and software development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA are an added advantage
• Fluency in Amharic and English is required, with knowledge of other local languages being a plus
