Job Title: Impact Finance Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement impact finance strategies that align with the company’s mission and vision
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for impact finance investments
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, entrepreneurs, and community leaders
• Provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to entrepreneurs and small businesses
• Monitor and evaluate the social and environmental impact of finance initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services

Requirements

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field from a reputable Ethiopian or international university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in impact finance, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian financial sector and regulatory environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Amharic and English, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, or social enterprises is an asset
• Professional certifications, such as CFA or CAIA, are highly desirable
