Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource professional to join our team at Beleqet Jobs. As an HR, you will play a critical role in managing our company’s human resources, ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the industry
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Manage employee data, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry or sector
• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws, regulations, and employment standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with HR management software and systems
• Certification in HR, such as a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or a related designation, is an asset
