Job Title: Finance Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and regulatory bodies
• Identify areas for cost savings and implement initiatives to improve financial efficiency
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Professional certification in accounting, such as ACCA or CPA, is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, ERP, and accounting packages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
