Job Title: Finance Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports
• Oversee financial planning, accounting, and treasury functions
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and investors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry
• Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office applications
