Job Title: Finance Head

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Head to lead our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. The Finance Head will play a key role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and investors
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the financial stability of the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
• Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA (Ethiopia) or ACCA
• Proven track record of financial management, planning, and leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
