Job Title: Finance Director

As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information
• Manage and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity price risks
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards, including tax laws and accounting standards
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and investors

Requirements

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Professional certification in accounting, such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
• At least 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Proven track record of financial management and leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and standards in Ethiopia
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP systems and financial planning tools
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
