Job Title: Finance and Administration
Brief Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Administration professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial and administrative aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will be a female with a strong background in finance and administration, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a similar industry
- Professional certification in accounting, such as ACCA or CPA, is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and supervise staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial management software
- Fluency in English and Amharic, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
