Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English language lessons aligned with the center’s curriculum

• Assess students’ language proficiency and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs

• Create a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments

• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance reports

• Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and digital tools to enhance learning

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

• Support students in achieving their academic and personal language goals

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience teaching English as a second/foreign language

• Strong command of spoken and written English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt teaching methods for different age groups and proficiency levels

• Strong organizational and classroom management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with online teaching platforms

• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies (e.g., communicative approach)

• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse student groups

Working Conditions

• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends (if required)
