Job Title: Corporate Business Relationship Manager-Head Office, Addis Ababa

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Business Relationship Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business relationship management strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our corporate client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our corporate client companies
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with our sales team to pursue and close deals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with our internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian business market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth
  • Strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals
