Job Title: Cluster Coordinator – iWork (Addis Ababa/Jimma/ Harar)
Brief Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Coordinator to join our team at Beleqet Jobs. As a Cluster Coordinator – iWork, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing iWork programs in assigned clusters, ensuring the effective delivery of services and achieving program goals. The successful candidate will be based in Addis Ababa, Jimma, or Harar and will work closely with various stakeholders to promote entrepreneurship, job creation, and economic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of iWork programs in assigned clusters, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local government, private sector, and community leaders to promote iWork programs and services.
- Identify and facilitate training and capacity-building opportunities for entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and other stakeholders in the cluster.
- Provide technical assistance and support to entrepreneurs and SMEs, including business development, marketing, and financial management.
- Monitor and evaluate program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and job creation within the cluster, promoting the iWork brand and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or a related field, with a focus on cluster development and job creation.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, private sector, and community leaders.
- Strong understanding of the Ethiopian economy, business environment, and labor market, with a focus on entrepreneurship and job creation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of local languages an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently to cluster locations, with a valid driver’s license an advantage.
