Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to handle customer transactions, provide excellent customer service, and support daily café operations. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment

Key Responsibilities (10 Duties)

Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Take customer orders accurately.
Process cash, card, and mobile payments.
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding customer orders.
Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining café cleanliness.
About You
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1 year experience as a Cashier in a café, restaurant, or retail business.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic mathematics and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
