Job Title: Branch Manager I

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager I to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and overseeing daily operations. As a Branch Manager I, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and improve market share
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve brand reputation
  • Monitor and manage branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the banking, finance, or retail industry
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with CRM software
  • Fluency in Amharic and English, with ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
