Job Title: Branch Business Relationship Officer-Under West Addis District Branches

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Business Relationship Officer to join our team under the West Addis District Branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase business opportunities and revenue growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive business growth
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building
