Job Title: Branch Business Manager I-Dalocha IFB Branch

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Business Manager to lead our Dalocha IFB Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives
• Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the local community
• Monitor and control branch performance, including financial management and risk management
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to branch staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and customer satisfaction targets
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of local languages an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking software
• Professional certification in banking, finance, or a related field (e.g. CFA, ACCA, CPA) an added advantage
