Job Title: Accountant – Only Female

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement financial models and reports to support business decisions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, to provide financial guidance and support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry
• Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Peachtree or QuickBooks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
