Job Title: Accountant – Only Female

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced female Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Coordinate and prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry or organization
• Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
