Job Title: Van Sales Person

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Van Sales Person to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products to existing and potential customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Van Sales Person will be the face of our company, representing our brand and values in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with market trends
• Manage and maintain the company van, ensuring it is always in good condition and stocked with necessary products and materials
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of other local languages being an advantage
• Ability to travel frequently within the region, with occasional overnight stays
