About the Job
Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales & Product Trainer to train and develop our shop promoters and shop managers. The trainer will be responsible for delivering product knowledge training and improving sales skills to ensure high performance across all store locations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver product training on all electronic items sold in Tekeasy shops
Conduct sales training sessions to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
Train new hires (shop promoters and managers) during onboarding
Develop training materials, manuals, and product guides
Evaluate staff performance and identify training needs
Monitor and improve staff product knowledge and sales techniques
Stay updated on new electronics products and market trends
Support shop teams in achieving sales targets
About You
Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in electronics retail
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring staff is highly preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of electronic products (phones, accessories, home electronics, etc.)
Ability to train and motivate teams
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
Preferred Skills

Previous experience as a trainer or team leader
Strong interpersonal skill
Ability to simplify complex product information
