About the Job
Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Business Growth

Develop and implement annual sales, marketing, and distribution strategies based on market insights and data analysis.
Drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets.
Increase market share in line with company objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
Sales & Distribution Management

Lead and manage the Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Department, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Expand and strengthen relationships with retail customers, including supermarkets, minimarkets, shops, and other key accounts.
Develop and manage distributor networks to maximize market coverage and sales performance.
Oversee efficient product distribution from factory and/or warehouse to customers.
Ensure effective execution of all sales operations, including planning, administration, reporting, and financial controls.
Marketing & Brand Development

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
Build and strengthen consumer awareness and brand loyalty.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Measure, analyze, and report on marketing and sales performance indicators.
Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead forecasting, sales planning, and demand planning processes.
Collaborate closely with Production to ensure effective planning and inventory management.
Work with Finance to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and commercial performance monitoring.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations.
Leadership & Team Development

Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the commercial team.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management
About You
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field. Master’s Degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing within the FMCG sector (food, beverages, snacks, or related industries).
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
Previous experience working in a multinational company is mandatory.
Experience managing retail sales channels and distributor networks is highly preferred.
