About You
4. Education:
BSc/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics Management or other related fields from a recognized university.
5. Experience:
Minimum 8/6 years of experience in managing auto vehicle maintenance and repair services, with at least 1 year of experience working as a diagnostics and quality control technician.
6. Responsibility:
Manage/supervise all finance, HR, procurement, general services operations and related tasks.
The role ensures efficient and effective management of the company’s resources, supporting its strategic goals and operational needs.
7. Essential:
Strong leadership and team management skills; supervise staff and assign tasks accordingly.
Excellent ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in financial and procurement management.
Ability to coordinate staff with proficient task scheduling and developing and implementing procedures.
Ability to conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment with a high level of security.
Plan and execute company budget and inventory of supplies.
Ability to provide training, guidance to personnel and coordinate with other departments.
Ability to manage people and maintain good human relations skills and teamwork.
Good command of written and spoken English and be computer literate.
