To support its expanding operations, Foshan PLC seeks to recruit a highly qualified, experienced, and results-oriented Finance Manager.
Position Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall financial management of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, treasury management, and internal controls. The position plays a strategic role in supporting executive management through effective financial analysis, risk management, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective internal controls.
Manage cash flow, treasury operations, banking relationships, and working capital.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and recommend measures to improve financial performance and profitability.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards; coordinate audits and statutory reporting.
Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Provide financial insights and performance reports to executive management and support strategic decision-making.

About You
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred.
Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, taxation, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP, accounting software, and Microsoft Office applications.
