Sales Person

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with existing customers, and increasing sales revenue. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new products
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand customer base
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, preferably in Ethiopia
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently, if required
