Job Title: Education Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Manager to lead our educational programs and ensure the delivery of high-quality education services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing educational projects, developing curriculum, and supervising educational staff. The Education Manager will play a key role in shaping the educational strategy and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs and projects to achieve organizational goals
• Design and develop curriculum and educational materials to meet the needs of students and the organization
• Supervise and evaluate educational staff to ensure high-quality education services
• Conduct educational research and analysis to inform program development and improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including teachers, students, and community leaders, to promote educational programs and services
• Manage educational budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient use of funds

Requirements

• Masters degree in Education or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational management or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs and projects
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and evaluating staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages
