Job summary

Responsible for Construction Service Head as a Deputy assist Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling construction activities; setting construction operational standards; ensuring the efficient execution of construction activities; leading and controlling construction projects; monitoring, evaluating, supporting, leading, and controlling the performance of operational areas against established standards /KIPs;

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Planning; organizing; directing; controlling construction works
Prepares construction site for construction upon receipt;
Prepares contract documents (specifications; design or plan; procurement methodology, etc.) for projects awarded to external experts/organizations;
Monitors the performance of construction projects carried out by the organization or by private contractors to ensure that they are carried out in terms of cost, quality, and delivery time;
Receives and evaluates construction performance reports and makes decisions on operational and administrative problems encountered during the construction process; informs and resolves them to the senior management;
Verify payment documents submitted in accordance with the contract and ensure payment is made;
Prepare and submit monitoring and control reports to the management;
Ensure that the work assigned by the contractor is completed in accordance with the contract and ensure that the payment is made;
Ensure that completed construction information is organized and maintained;
Submit completed constructions with necessary documentation;
Participate in research on opportunities for expanding real estate development work
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

About You
Qualification:

BSc Degree in Construction Management (COTM) or Civil Engineering & others related fields.
Experience:

5 Years of Experience as construction & who have a related Experience
Skill:

Able to Properly Use deferent construction software’s
