Job Overview
Patchee Food Manufacturing PLC is looking for a highly creative, tech-savvy, and experienced Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Officer. S/he is responsible in leading and supporting the Company’s branding, visual communication, and digital marketing initiatives through innovative design and data-driven online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality promotional materials for both print and digital platforms
Create engaging social media content including posts, banners, flyers, brochures, packaging visuals, and advertisements
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and digital marketing campaigns
Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing strategies
Produce and edit photos, videos, and multimedia content for marketing use
Utilize AI tools for content creation, design enhancement, copy generation, and marketing optimization
Support website updates and basic IT-related tasks when required
Analyze digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and brand activities
Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing innovations
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels
About You
Requirements
BA/BSc Degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (knowledge of marketing is a plus)
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools
Experience in social media management and digital advertising platforms
Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, content creation, and marketing (e.g., AI image & video generation, AI copywriting, automation tools)
Strong knowledge of branding, visual communication, and campaign execution
Basic website management and IT support skills are an advantage
Excellent creativity, communication, and organizational abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a strong advantage
