Job Title: Branch Manager (Addis Ababa Branch)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Addis Ababa branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and growth objectives
• Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor and control branch expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions
• Represent the company in the local community, promoting the brand and building partnerships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a banking or financial institution
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Ethiopian banking regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software applications
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
