Job Title: Finance Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions
• Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodity prices
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and investors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Professional certification in accounting, such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of financial management, planning, and analysis
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian financial regulations, laws, and standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, and accounting systems
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
