Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of kindergarten students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure students meet their full potential
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in kindergarten education, attending professional development workshops and conferences as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Teacher’s certificate from the Ethiopian Ministry of Education or a relevant professional certification
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching kindergarten or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian curriculum and education system
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes student-centered learning
