Channel and Key Accounts Specialist

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel and Key Accounts Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our channel and key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel and key account strategies to achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to align channel and key account strategies with overall business goals
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports and insights to management
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines to ensure accurate planning and forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in channel management, key account management, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in managing and developing channel and key accounts, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
