Branch Business Manager I for South West District

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Manager I to lead our South West District branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
• Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Prepare and manage branch budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and leading high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian banking regulations, laws, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with banking software systems
• Fluency in Amharic and English languages, with knowledge of local languages an advantage
• Willingness to work in the South West District and travel to other branches as required
