Job Title: AI-Enabled Insights Lead

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Insights Lead to join our team at Beleqet Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive business growth by providing data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and AI, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop AI-enabled solutions
• Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in AI and machine learning
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional are an added advantage
