Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftermarket Sales Consultant (ASC) to join our team in Ethiopia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase aftermarket sales revenue and market share. The ASC will work closely with the sales team, distributors, and customers to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve aftermarket sales targets and expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, distributors, and other stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the aftermarket industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with experience in sales management systems
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with knowledge of other local languages an advantage
