Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning ) Roles
Performs the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance
Provides external or specialized expertise on system selection and implementation.
Focuses on infrastructure readiness, including network connectivity, server management, and connecting barcode scanners/tablets to the ERP.
Maps business requirements to technical functionality and facilitates communication between developers
System Management: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud systems to ensure optimal performance. Manage
Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex technical problems, perform diagnostics, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes, and provide training on new systems.
Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee the implementation of new IT projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical issues, solutions, and strategies to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing systems and implement strategies to improve or further leverage them for the organization’s benefit.
About You
Education Qualifications and Work Experiences
MSc /BSc in Computer Science, Soft Ware Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information System Management and related fields that has 4/6 Years of direct Work Experiences for Bsc/Msc respectively.
