Sales Person

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team sales goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian market and industry trends
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
