Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the team, including coordinating daily activities, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality of operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers, and clients in French, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business intelligence and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is a must, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with operational management software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving targets.
