Sales and Collection Senior Accountant

Job Description

Undertakes and registers the collections and deposits of revenue of the company.
Ensure that all payments effected are made as per the collections and deposits of revenue policies and guidelines.
Ensures that receivables are timely received from customers.
Receives accounts receivable and other collectable lists from the department, contacts each sales team from the list, effects collection accordingly, and reports daily the status of collection to General Account Higher Division Head.
Check the forwards of amount collected to the Collection teams on the same date. Prepares periodic collection report and submits to General Account Head Finally Code and posts all sales and related invoices
Process timely collections & settlements of operations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers /Banks/to facilitate smooth collections.
Review and analyze customer accounts to identify overdue balances with detail analysis identifying the real impact of each contract separately.
Prepare regular reports on collection activities and debt reduction.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities /Contract file/ and prepare regular reports for management
Responsible for implementing and follow company policy & procedure
Responsible for missing Contract File and related document.
Responsible for collection of sales and reporting of delayed contract collection timely daily to General Accounts Division Manager.
Collaborating with internal & external auditors and other financial professionals
Responsible for the property held under her/his custody.
Responsible for exposing secrets of the company

About You
Qualification:
BA in Accounting& Finance
4 Years Experience with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
Basic computer knowledge with an accounting application
