Mandatory Requirements

Interested firms must provide the following:

Firm Certification: Valid license from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) as a Certified Audit Firm.
Legal Documents: Renewed Business License, TIN, and VAT Registration certificates.
Professional Personnel: The team must be led by a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA/CPA/CA) with a minimum of 8 years of experience and a proven track record in IPSAS implementation for INGOs.
Experience: At least three (3) letters of recommendation for similar IPSAS conversion projects completed in the last 5 years.
