Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for departments.
Verify alignment with departmental planned Full-Time Equivalent (FTE).
Perform digital sourcing using various platforms.
Maintain and update the careers site on the company website in a timely manner.
Partner with external recruitment agencies to source top talent for key roles.
Ensure fast and efficient recruitment processes.
Employer Branding
Maintain attractive job postings and a compelling company profile to attract talent.
Represent the company at University GIT Recruitments, job fairs, and prepare a standardized internship program across the organization.
Career Development

In collaboration with the Training & Development team, map out career development and capacity-building initiatives.
Design and maintain clear career progression frameworks (e.g., Junior → Mid → Senior → Lead) for key roles.
Facilitate internal mobility including transfers, promotions, and cross-functional job shadowing.
Create and manage mentoring and coaching program
