Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the organization’s financial health, ensuring that all resources are managed efficiently to support our mission-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Oversight: Direct all financial planning, including the management of cash flow, investments, and organizational assets to ensure long-term sustainability.
Budgetary Management: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of complex multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring departmental spending aligns with organizational goals.
Donor Compliance & Grants Management: Ensure strict adherence to international donor regulations (such as USAID, EU, and UN standards). Oversee grant tracking and ensure all expenditures are eligible and documented.
Financial Reporting: Prepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Deliver insightful financial analysis to the executive leadership team to aid in decision-making.
Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate internal and external audit processes. Maintain and strengthen internal control systems to mitigate risk and ensure 100% transparency.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of professional growth, accuracy, and accountability
