About the Job
\nOversee and manage building construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth execution of construction activities.
\nMonitor construction work to ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
\nSupervise site engineers, foremen, and labor teams, providing guidance and resolving technical issues.
\nLiaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
\nEnforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
\nPrepare and present regular site progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and corrective actions.
\nAddress technical challenges and propose practical solutions to maintain project momentum.
\nMonitor resource utilization and support project managers in controlling budgets and minimizing wastage.
\nAbout You
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering or related field
\nMinimum 5\u20138 years of experience in building construction projects, with at least 3 years in a senior\/site leadership role.
\nStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
