Ethal Aluminum Manufacturing PLC is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of\u00a0Storekeeper.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nReceive, inspect, record, and properly store all incoming materials, finished products, and supplies.
\nMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating of stock movements in the inventory system.
\nIssue materials and products according to approved requisitions while maintaining proper documentation.
\nConduct regular stock counts and periodic physical inventory reconciliations, and report any discrepancies.
\nEnsure proper storage, labeling, housekeeping, and safety standards are maintained within the warehouse\/store.
\nMonitor stock levels and notify management of low stock, overstock, or obsolete inventory.
\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
\nCoordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
\nSafeguard company assets by maintaining proper security and control over all stored items.
\nPerform any other store and inventory management duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.<\/p>\n
About You
\nJob Requirements
\nEducation:\u00a0Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or above in\u00a0Supply Chain Management,\u00a0Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or other related\u00a0Social Science\u00a0fields.
\nExperience:\u00a0Minimum of\u00a05 years\u00a0of proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Officer, or in a similar role.
\nGood knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.
\nStrong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
\nGood communication, organizational, and reporting
