\nWe seek a highly skilled Pavement and Materials Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field and a strong background in pavement design, material investigations, and geotechnical assessments.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Conduct pavement and geotechnical investigations, including soil and construction material testing at various project sites.
\nPrepare design reports, technical reports, proposals, and documentation for project approvals.
\nPerform pavement design and analysis for highways, roads, and infrastructure projects.
\nEvaluate material properties and recommend suitable construction materials for projects.
\nSupervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
\nAnalyze field and laboratory test data for geotechnical and pavement performance assessments.
\nWork closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
\nUtilize software tools for pavement and geotechnical analysis.

\nQualifications & Skills:
\n\u00b7 MSc or BSc in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
\n\u00b7 5-8 years of experience in pavement and materials engineering.
\n\u00b7 Hands-on experience with laboratory and field testing for soil, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
\n\u00b7 Strong knowledge of pavement design methods, including ERA, AASHTO, and other standard design approaches. Expertise in flexible pavement design, rigid pavement design, single surface treatment design, and double bituminous surface treatment design.
\n\u00b7 Proficiency in engineering software for pavement analysis.
\n\u00b7 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
\n\u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n\u00b7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
