About the Job
\nThe Organizational Development Manager is responsible for coordinating and providing technical leadership and support for organizational development initiatives. The role serves as the primary HR technical liaison with external consultants engaged in organizational structure review, job architecture, competency framework development, salary structure, and employee benefits review. The position facilitates the collection and validation of organizational data, coordinates HR workstream activities, conducts technical reviews of consultancy deliverables, and supports the implementation and continuous improvement of approved HR frameworks, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives and business needs under the guidance of the HR Director.<\/p>\n
KEY\u00a0RESPONSIBILITIES
\nCoordinate organizational development and HR consultancy projects from planning through implementation.
\nCoordinate job analysis, job evaluation, job documentation, and organizational structure reviews.
\nSupport the development of job architecture, competency frameworks, and job classification systems.
\nConduct organizational and workforce analyses and prepare recommendations to support management decisions.
\nReview job descriptions, grading proposals, salary analyses, and benchmarking studies.
\nCoordinate data collection and stakeholder engagement for organizational development initiatives.
\nMonitor project implementation, prepare progress reports, and maintain related documentation.
\nPerform other related duties as assigned.
