Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and representing the Solveit brand with enthusiasm.
\nManage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
\nSupport sales and marketing initiatives by identifying customer needs and pitching relevant tech solutions.
\nMaintain clear, active, and professional communication across various channels (phone, email, and chat).

\nJob Requirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Minimum of a\u00a0Diploma in Marketing\u00a0(or a related field).
\nExperience:\u00a0Minimum of\u00a01 year of professional experience\u00a0in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
\nTraits:\u00a0Highly active, energetic, and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
\nTech Savviness:\u00a0Previous experience or a strong familiarity with the\u00a0IT\/Tech industry is a major plus!
