\nWorks Closely With:\u00a0Education Program Team, and fellow teaching staff
\nOpen Kindergarten Positions:<\/p>\n
KG Coordinator\u00a0\u2013 Lead the kindergarten section and mentor the teaching team
\nKG Main Teacher\u00a0\u2013 Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and foster holistic development
\nKG Assistant Teacher\u00a0\u2013 Support classroom activities, child care, and learning environments
\nWhat You’ll Do<\/p>\n
As KG Coordinator:<\/p>\n
Oversee all KG operations, ensuring curriculum quality and staff support
\nMentor KG teachers and coordinate with the school leadership team
\nEnsure inclusive, child-centered learning experiences
\nAs KG Main Teacher:<\/p>\n
Plan and teach creative, play-based lessons that build core early learning skills
\nCreate a safe and engaging classroom environment
\nTrack student development and engage families in the learning process
\nAs KG Assistant Teacher:<\/p>\n
Support the main teacher in lesson delivery and classroom routines
\nHelp maintain a warm, organized, and child-friendly environment
\nAssist with hygiene, materials preparation, and activity facilitation
\nAbout You
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
For All Roles:<\/p>\n
A passion for working with young children and early education
\nStrong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
\nKG Coordinator:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree (Master\u2019s preferred) in Early Childhood Education
\n3+ years of experience, including leadership\/coordination in KG settings
\nFluent in English and Amharic; strong organizational and mentoring ability
\nKG Main Teacher:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
\n2+ years of experience in KG teaching
\nStrong understanding of child-centered, play-based approaches
\nFluent in English and Amharic
\nKG Assistant Teacher:<\/p>\n
Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
\nMinimum 1 years of experience in KG or daycare environments
