\nJob Overview<\/p>\n
We are looking for a creative and hands-on\u00a0Social Media & Multimedia Content Specialist\u00a0to manage social media content, create graphic designs, and produce photo and video materials for marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conduct on-site photo and video shooting, including product content, user interviews, and event coverage.
\nPlan and execute video projects (short promotional videos, product demos, and event coverage) from concept and scripting to filming and final editing.
\nInterview customers to capture authentic stories, testimonials, and insights.
\nDesign engaging content for social media, websites, print materials, and offline events (roadshow, exhibitions)
\nEnsure brand consistency across all visual, graphic, and multimedia assets in line with brand guidelines.
\nManage and coordinate external vendors for printing and production, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
\nCollaborate closely with the Country Manager, marketing team, and product & tech teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
\nStay up to date with the latest design trends, creative tools, and multimedia technologies to bring fresh ideas to every project.
\nManage social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and posting.
\nCreate engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, print materials, and events.
\nShoot and edit photos and videos for products, promotional campaigns, customer interviews, events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
\nEnsure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency by working with designers from headquaters.
\nCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors when needed.
\nStay updated on social media trends, design styles, and video formats.

\nRequirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills in\u00a0English is a must, Amharic is a plus.
\nProficiency in\u00a0Adobe Photoshop\u00a0and\u00a0Adobe Illustrator\u00a0is a must.
\nStrong\u00a0video editing skills\u00a0are a must. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
\nExperience\u00a0in social media management and content creation.
\nGood photography and video shooting skills.
\nStrong sense of design, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
\nAbility to utilize AI tools
\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n
