The Internal Auditor will be responsible for overseeing Evolve Business Group\u2019s financial and operational compliance, ensuring risk management processes are effective, and safeguarding company assets through objective reporting.<\/p>\n
Major Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Audit Execution:\u00a0Plan, scope, and conduct internal financial, operational, and compliance audits across various departments.
\nRisk Assessment:\u00a0Identify and evaluate financial and operational risk factors, recommending proactive mitigation strategies.
\nCompliance Verification:\u00a0Ensure company operations adhere to local laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
\nProcess Improvement:\u00a0Analyze internal controls and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost-saving or streamlining measures.
\nReporting:\u00a0Prepare objective, detailed audit reports and present actionable findings to senior management.
\nFollow-Up Reviews:\u00a0Monitor and evaluate the implementation of previous audit recommendations to ensure full compliance.

Education:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
\nExperience:\u00a03+ years of experience in internal\/external auditing or risk management.
